职责描述： 1. Under the unified planning of the headquarters, be responsible for the planning of quality business planning, quality laboratory and after-sales service center of each base factory, and take the lead in the establishment, maintenance and improvement of ISO9001 or iatf16949 quality system of the factory 2、 Be responsible for the quality control and quality improvement of relevant quality business (new product introduction, manufacturing process, local suppliers, after-sales, etc.) of each base factory, so as to achieve quality objectives and customer satisfaction 3、 Be responsible for quality service capacity-building, quality problem response, solution and prevention in response to local or regional customers 4、 Participate in the decision-making of relevant quality valves during the development of new projects, be responsible for the evaluation and decision-making of factory product quality risk, and report to the factory management and the quality department of the headquarters according to the process; 5、 Be responsible for the achievement of personnel, cost and other business KPI objectives of the factory quality department 任职要求： 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electromechanical and related, with more than 10 years of working experience in automobile or parts quality, 2. Familiar with battery products and manufacturing process, product development process and APQP process; 3. Familiar with iatf6949, VDA, etc., skilled in the application of quality tools; 4. Strong leadership, good cross-cultural communication skills and team management skills; 5. Strong customer awareness, quality awareness and overall view, fluent in English; Better understand German or Chinese
