该岗位需长期驻越南富寿省三农县，要求熟练越南语、中文，要求熟悉越南本地劳动法。

岗位职责：
1、负责前期开厂筹备事宜、装修、设备、用品采购等更进；
2、负责人员招聘、考勤、后勤等工作；
3、负责办理劳动关系中相关手续（入职、调动、离职）；
4、能够编制、组织实施各项相关人事制度；
5、能熟练应对当地政府有关部门；

任职要求：
1、中专以上不历，人力资源、行政管理等相关专业优先。
2、熟练使用Excel、Word、PPT等办公软件。
3、具务强烈的责任感、优秀的沟通能力，有耐心、细心、以及严谨的逻辑思维能力。
